We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee a specific site for less than seasonal rentals.
Seasonal 1 - 3 year leases available. The Seasonal rate provides for 6 months and one day occupancy. Occupancy begins upon arrival date and runs continuously and uninterrupted. Periods of "away" do not extend length of occupancy.
You may reserve your seasonal lot with a $500 deposit. Seasonal rents are due in full upon arrival but no later than November 1. Daily rentals are due in full at time of reservation. Weekly and Monthly rentals are due 50% at time of reservation and 50% upon arrival.

SEASONAL: 100% (less a $200 cancellation fee) if requested in writing prior to July 1. 50% (less a $200 cancellation fee) if requested during July, August or September. NO SEASONAL REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 30.
SHORT TERM: 100% (less a $50 cancellation fee ($15 on a 1-day stay) if requested 14 days prior to arrival.
NO REFUNDS IF STAY IS SHORTENED AFTER ARRIVAL.
